{"id":5213,"date":"2013-03-16T00:36:24","date_gmt":"2013-03-16T04:36:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/capitalsportsnc.com\/?p=5213"},"modified":"2013-03-16T00:36:24","modified_gmt":"2013-03-16T04:36:24","slug":"hairston-has-eight-stitches-after-freak-injury-between-his-fingers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/capitalsportsnc.com\/?p=5213","title":{"rendered":"Hairston has eight stitches after freak injury between his fingers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s hard to be critical of UNC coach Roy Williams for PJ Hairston&#8217;s freakish injury.<\/p>\n<p>Hairston, who had scored a team-high 21 points, bled profusely and had to have eight stitches after the ball got jammed between two fingers of his left hand.<\/p>\n<p>The problem is that Hairston already had a jammed thumb and earlier in the game hurt his left shoulder.
