For girls cross country, Carmen Alder (Pinecrest, 4A) and Angie Allen (North Lincoln, 2A) are looking to defend state championships in 2020. 4A is expected to have all 10 girls that cracked the top 10 finishers in last year’s state meet back in the fold again in 2020.
