James Brown is officially a Tar Heel. He signed his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday morning during a ceremony at Branson (Mo.) Link Academy. Brown, a 6-foot-9 forward originally from Aurora, Ill., committed to UNC on Jan. 2. He’s the No. 68-ranked player in the senior class. He chose UNC over offers from Arizona State, Duke, Florida, Harvard, Illinois, Indiana, Marquette, Michigan, Michigan State, Missouri, Notre Dame, LSU, Ohio State, and Oklahoma, among others.
