Long before Jordan sunk a game-winning shot, coining his signature tongue-out look, from the wing of the New Orleans Superdome at the 1982 national championship game, clinching NBA title after NBA title and had his face plastered on Gatorade cartons and billboards, Williams said a defining moment happened in Jordan’s life as a freshman.
