Raleigh, N.C. – It was an all-around dominant performance on both sides of the ball as NC State treated the Wolfpack faithful to a 73-0 victory in the 2026 home opener at Carter-Finley Stadium on Friday night. The Wolfpack set numerous program records, including the most points in a game since 1936 and a Carter-Finley record for any team. The 10 touchdowns are the most since 1919, when the Wolfpack managed to put up an astounding 15 touchdowns on the board. Eight of the Wolfpack scores came on the ground, adding 734 total yards of offense both new program records.
