There were plenty of positives to come out of Carolina’s late-night win Tuesday (early Wednesday) over the Vegas Golden Knights. The 3-2 shootout victory ended a four-game losing streak and helped the Hurricanes finish a West Coast road trip on an uptick. The triumph was also historic for goaltender Cam Ward, who tallied his 300th NHL victory. But 30 games into the regular season, the Canes are still a bit of a question mark. …read more
