Tar Heel boats took a gold and two silvers Saturday as the UNC rowing team raced at the Sunshine State Invitational, hosted by the Florida Intercollegiate Rowing Association at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, Fla. The third varsity eight, which recently shared Atlantic Coast Conference Crew of the Week honors, won gold in a four-boat field that included ACC-rival Clemson.
